Your primary focus will be to galvanize our talent pool and brand presence through innovative marketing and promotion strategies, alongside the adept management and negotiation of contracts to ensure both our talents and the agency thrive in a competitive market. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Management:** Efficiently negotiate and manage contracts, fostering positive relationships with existing models while strategically expanding our talent roster. - **Marketing and Promotion:** Launch and lead compelling marketing campaigns that elevate our agency's profile, ensuring our talents gain maximum exposure in relevant markets. - **Agency Growth:** Collaborate with the existing team to identify new opportunities for expansion and partnerships, aligning with our objectives for growth and market presence. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the modeling or entertainment industry. - Proven expertise in contract negotiation and management. - A track record of successful marketing and promotional campaign management. - Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing small teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating talent and building strong external partnerships.
