Telesales group to create leads for IT migration services and Managed Services with the end goal being to set an appointment with the technical team (official handoff).
Goals & Objectives
Provide a consistent, effective approach for overall company sales and pipeline growth for generating leads. Act as a transparent extension team to conversationally engage with IT decision makers by calling and emailing to gather information in regards to current environment, qualify and uncover projects specific to Cloud Migration, PIA-Analytics, Outlook 365 SharePoint, Security Optimization & Managed Services. Discuss points of difference, along with software expertise in executing projects. Leads will be rated according to timeframe, interest level and willingness to talk to a specialist to outline the SOW.
Provide a proactive, consistent lead generation process for sales executives to focus on closing and running appointments to meet sales + growth goals. QCSS will manage and execute a continuous calling program to brand, nurture new relationships to build client base.
Develop solid database of key contact names, while gathering vital marketing intelligence as to any current challenges/projects. Acquire email addresses for future email marketing campaigns for branding and multiple touches to potential clients.
Develop front end lead generation processes and calibrate for continual improvement
