1. to vary input digitally, you need micro-controller like Arduino Nano(small factor) and the control input will be rotary digital encoder or a potentiometer to vary voltage to the BLDC 2. to measure current drawn, you need current sensor like ACS712 to display data , you need LCD screen or OLED screen, OLED is more intuitive in terms of look I ca complete this project in 1 day , send me a message please

Hi, Please be more specific. Is this a single phase or 3 phase BLDC motor? Please also specify the voltage and current rating of the motor. As I understand, you need a DC-DC convertor with programmable output voltage and that reads output DC current. Please let me know if I am wrong?
