Write an Android application for indoor navigation guidance using a 3D model

I need to create an android application that helps people navigate around a 3D model inside a building (just one level as it is just a prototype for my dissertation). Is more like a virtual 3D room finder. The prototype needs to allow a student to find a specific room (e.g. room CG77 will be used as the destination point for this prototype) from 3 different entrances of the floor level, there is a front main entrance and 2 side entrances located in the middle. The application basically shall have a menu where the user can select at which entrance is he located and then the ability to select the destination CG77 as this only a prototype so I will work only with one room. Then the app shall display an animated 3D journey from that entrance to the room specified. The time from the front entrance will be like 45 seconds animation but that can be adjusted, and the side entrances will be like 25 seconds each. I've created a 2D map of the building, then used Blender to build the 3D map as good as I could to replicate the 2D one and added more details to it so the user can recognise different tags, but if you are also expert in 3D modelling I could suggest improvements regarding textures and light as I'm not an expert. But the main thing is that I need an android app that can import that 3D model and then work with it mainly as a 3D virtual room finder. If this is possible I will add some extras for extra money: for example if the building is crowded the user should be able to slow down the animation. After this is done I will need probably an apk to install it on my phone and also the source code in order to analyse it and understand how it works. If you are using Blender you can open the file I've attached and see how the 3D floor looks like. Also if you are good in designing Uml diagrams for a perfect walk through route and use cases we can discuss this in more details but usually I can do that myself but importing a 3D model to an android app is the part I got stuck. Maybe you can use unity instead and export it as kind of a game if there is no other option.
