Android app based on torrents - repost

I need an Android app that would download videos using torrents. It would pull a mysql database from my server with video details (such as thumb, name, description and torrent tracker for that video). The app would display possible videos to download and user could choose what to download. Also, there would be automatic downloading if the user chooses to download similar videos that would be published in the future. App needs to contain the video library of downloaded videos, sorted by their category. User must be able to delete the videos directly from the app. Torrents would only be used to download, no seeding. You will also need to create a user tracking system, as this would be a paid app and subscription will be tied to users email. Best if user details would be signed in to a separate mysql database on my server. I can send more details in pm.
