Mobile App

We need to create a mobile app for a coupon company. This company creates coupon books. Each client purchases their coupon page in the book & customers tear out the coupon at area retailers, restaurants, bars & other area establishments. We want to create an app that functions like the Valpak coupon app. See a sample here [login to view URL] The coupon companies display on the left. When a customer opens a company coupon, the offers display on the right. The coupon is displayed & they have the option of printing the coupon. There is also a box for company information, "about us", "hours", "visit website." "about us" & "hours" display in a secondary window within the same view. "visit website" opens a new browser window. A google map opens with the location of the coupon company. When you click on the "use coupon" option, a new window opens & a description of the coupon opens with a unique coupon code & a qr code. The qr code can be scanned by the cashier to vaidate the coupon as having not been used. The client needs to be able to update the coupons through a simple wysiwyg editor. We need an app created that will work on iphone, ipad & android tablets & phones. We MUST make sure that the app will work for the client & they will not pay for the work unless it works. We will also need ongoing support on the app so we need a programmer who will work with us beyond the development. We would like to be able to deploy this app with several companies in several geographic areas. So it needs to be customizable by us for each of those clients. We are open to using an opensource base but the finished app MUST be completely editable via a wysisyg customization tool. See the sample screen shots attached.
