Because nowadays, there are no apps without Internet. Although your apps will be installed on mobile phones, it isn't useful without Internet. So u should build website and mobile application. And u should add some social site integration to your app. U know, like facebook, or twitter, or instagram.... Because these sites are well known all over the world, and everybody loves to visit them. There u can add some unique contents from your app, and people gets related each other on it. Etc...
