School bus Parent and Driver app

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Prefer an already tested and functional app. Driver in Android and Parent app in both Android and iPhone. We already have a functional back end website which currently recieves data from GPS device, pick drop alerts are also developed.. Driver app : Able to take manual attendance, get details of students to be picked or dropped and navigation. Send GPS coordinates to server. Parent app : Able to track children, more than one in the same login and receive pick drop alerts. Able to mark absent if child does not want school transport for the day or more.
