Write android app. (carpooling app)

I want to have a car-pool app for indians. It should be something like- Bla bla car or lyft. Back-end of the app. should be with strong & clean CMS & CRM System. I should be able to add modules or add-features later-on into the CMS code of my app. Contact me- If you have knowledge & previous experience of developing such kind of apps.
