Hello Sir, Below is the plan I will follow to do this app: 1. The app when launch will present the login screen to non logged in users. Users can be either an admin or a general user. App will also provide an option to register on the app. During the registration the location of the user is asked. 2. The user will be geotagged based on the location provided by him at the time of registration and his location will be updated based on his current location on the map. 3. Users will be shown on the map based on their location like a pointer which when touched will show user name and location. 4. Users will be able to send information to other users in his vicinity. Admin will be able to configure the radius of this vicinity to control the same. 5. Other users receiving the information will be able to give live comment on the information shared and the all of the users with whom the information is shared along with the author of the information can see the same. 6. Admin user will have the rights to block a user, delete a user, create a user, configure radius of vicinity and configuring other changes as per the requirement. My understanding of your requirement might differ a bit, so please contact so that we are on same understanding regarding the app. I will create this app in 1 month time.
