Write an Android application

Hi All, Iam Looking for an android programmer to programm and Android App for me, which I will not Publish on google play, but i will use it locally for my business. It is a very simple tool, the aim is to collect data with it as follows: Preparation for collecting data 1- Uploading PDF files of building floor plans 2- Uploading an empty excel sheet with one row of information. This excel sheet is to be filled up by the app. Gathering the data on site: 1- Fill out some basic infos <time, date, username, specifz which floor plan needed, and one or more two inputs> 2- Defining variables to be filled out in the excel sheet (that will be predefined bz me, and should appear on the screen so the user would choose from them). 3- after finishing the task of gathering the information, the app should collect all the information gathered and export it in the filled out exel sheet. Pretty straight forward, ha_? I will brief you per skype for 2 hours and will send you some sketches. so consider these 2 hours in your time. Deadline is 1 week after briefing, your price shall include the adjustments of any errors after submitting. The adjustments should not take more than 2 days. Looking forward for your price offer :)
