Create intranet forms for data entry using METRONIC template

Im creating an intranet using METRONIC template, I need and expert to create some forms for data entry. 0-Secure the intranet using login with user and pass 1-Creating workers 2-Creating departments 3-Create Events 4-Create canals 5-Create most important form to workers can introduce hour worked daily. I will explain in detail. The database is already created with tables, I have also created user and pass login but better if can take a look on this. Also created form for creating workers but also want to review this. Is not a big project but is you do a good work you can continue working on extending the intranet functionalities. Thanks
