Required experience 5+ years in the projects similar to the below mentioned Designed, installed, configured, administrated and troubleshot LAN/WAN infrastructure. Adding, configuring and Managing Cisco IP Phones using Call Manager. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba Access Points (APs), wireless controllers and s3500switches using the Aruba Airwave and Cisco Prime. Provided support on routers/switches design and configuration to meet network demand. Providing the highest level of technical support for all issues related to LAN and Wi Fi connectivity. Providing desk-side support for laptop and desktop computers Conducted project kick-off meetings, defined project objectives and scope, tracked risks, assumptions, and managed detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. Monitored Network activity utilizing SolarWinds. Managing Facility Construction on IT network components of a new student resident housing. Assist in examination of network server equipment and Maintenance of networking systems. Experience in managing VPNs and remote connectivity Experience in supporting Palo Alto and Barracuda Firewalls. Assessed the change impact, identified, analyzed, prepared risk mitigation tactics to manage customer’s network. Installation and testing of Cat-5E/6A cables for the wireless and VoIP telephone platforms.
