I need a coder

I am currently completing a research project in which I am utilising an open source research app. The app uses JSON coding, with ionic and node.js [login to view URL] app provides a template on how to code through github, however I am struggling to download and work with the dependencies. Additionally the project would need to have timers which run from the answering of certain questions (e.g., an answer to question 3 creates three branches which run on different times to administer surveys. So one would run 7 days after the question and the others would run at 9 days and 11 days after). I have a strict budget for the research so am looking for a quote on how much it would cost to complete this sort of project. Thank you
