Induction Heater PCB Design and Manufacture I am seeking an experienced professional to assist with the design and manufacturing of an induction heater PCB. The project requires the following specifications: - Cost-effectiveness and reliability - Parts (bomlist) must be available from well-known suppliers such as Mouser, digi-key, etc. - Provide support for issues during manufacturing - Existing induction heater designs can be used, but it must then be adapted to our requirements. PCB requirement: - Works on 230v AC - Main control by ESP32 S3 with WiFi - RGB LED - 1x touch control - 1x sensor temp (max temp 120 Celsius ) - Control 2x 12v pump - 1x buzzer - Induction will be turn on by ESP32 and current can me adjust by ESP32 - Max power induction 3500Watt Firmware will be designed by us. I require assistance with both the design and manufacturing aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both areas and be able to provide a comprehensive solution. The desired timeline for completing the project is within 2 month. It is crucial that the project is completed within this timeframe. Skills and experience required for the job: - PCB design and layout - Knowledge of induction heating principles - Experience with high power electronics - Ability to optimize for efficiency and compactness - Familiarity with cost-effective manufacturing methods If you possess the necessary skills and can meet the specified timeline, please submit your proposal.

Hi There, I have a medium sized factory and also a EEE engineer. Have my own products in the market and now I keen on being a contract mfg., I can provide quality assurance with components. For mfg. we can get the parts from the original factory or vendors, Mouser and other stockist are not cost effective solutions. Once you have relationship with the vendors like Arrow you can get a good price. We can discuss more and hope we can work out a business. I can get the heater parts and also build test jigs.
