perl script to scrape some text off a website

I need a perl script to scrape some text off a website and create a csv file out of the information. Some key information: 1.) The website is behind an user login screen and I will share the access details once your bid is accepted. 2.) I will also share a screencast video of the elements I am interested in. 3.) The second part of the project is to match titles from the scraped content with a csv file that is already generated and extract some key information from the file. 4.) Ultimately, there will be a new csv file with information from the scraped content and some content from an already existing csv file. I can share more information on what content needs to be matched once your bid is accepted.
