Shopping cart rework and completed URGENT! - repost

I have a crat system that was started and needs completed. The cart itself is pretty much complete but the checkout needs some modifications and also complted. We are using angeleye paypal class for the check out which makes it very simple. whats needed. Add discount to checkout (where customer uses discount codes) Add shipping discount function (where we give free shipping if over 50.00 order) add change quantity in the checkout page for each item. complete the checkout process using the angeleye classes. create confirmation page. clean up anything left from the original cart. estimated time is 3 hours for good developer. My terms are simple 100% payment upon completion and tested working 100%. No milestone (sorry for this, been burnt to many times on here) Must speak excellent English and be able to communicate on skype while working.
