Hi guys I am looking for someone who can create banners for me. I am in need of 13 banners. 6 are the same and 7 are the same. I need to know how much it costs to create these banners under these conditions: 1. To create 13 banners with flashing text messages. There will be 2-3 types of flashing messages inside each banner 2. If changed the text to still i .e. not to flash but I still needed the same 13 banners, how much do you charge me Obviously I will supply the text message to be put on each of the banners.
