This site is a private job board for a small group of recruiters. It is not open to the public. I will tell the recruiters the link, they will go to site and register. The admin will verify and accept the new registration of the new recruiter. This will give them access to their account page where they can view jobs, post jobs, or review resumes posted to their jobs. Emails should be sent out to all recruiters when new job is posted. Email should also be sent out to recruiter when another recruiter sends them a resume. All resumes should be saved accessible to the admin. No jobs or resumes should be visible from non registered users. THIS IS NOT AN OUT-OF-BOX JOB BOARD :: IT IS A SIMPLE POSTING SITE
