Agenda export to pocket PC

We need to share an Agenda. Our idea is to have this agenda accessible on the web thru a login/password access. The browser has to be a pocket PC or a navigator. When users have access to the wireless web, they can view/modify their own agenda. Where it differs from a basic web development, is that we need to be able to **_export_** the agenda to the pocket PC in case the pocket PC has no access to the web (no network available). This is where we need your help : to be able to export agenda datas, originally located on a web server, to the pocket pc for local viewing. Programs / gateways able to export datas to a pocket PC agenda probably allready exist, so this is more an integration project that a pure development. We are open to buy / use any software (gateway, agenda...). In option, possibiliy to synnchronize from modification made in local on the pocket PC to the web site. Let's summarize to make it clear : 1- business as usual work : users access to the web server thru their pocket pc and view/modify their agendas. 2- from time to time, they will be in places with no network available, so they will need to be able to export before their agenda on their pocket pc for viewing. 3- If possible, when their look at their agenda "offline", if need be, they can make a modification and when they will have the network again, the update will be made on the server. We hope this is clear. We can take car of step 1, we need help for step 2 and 3 but we will consider all three steps proposals. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP / IIS / ORACLE POCKET PC
