Build webpages with menu, jaavscript effects on page ASAP

I have a website that i want made. It basically uses three templates homepage, content page, contact form The site will be similar to [login to view URL] home page and the content pages are also similar with the navigation menu on the right side You will need to build these pages from my images, there is some css work some javascript effects that i want on rollovers and i want very clean html on the content pages I want you to show us how to indicate the menu state as "on" when the person is on that page. Let me know if you are good in these areas and we can give you more info i think you will need to be good in some javascript libraries, css and xhtml. I dont think we have any server side events but we can discuss before we get started. I want to begin today ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
