Medical Billing Application

Hi, I am looking for a Medical Billling solution that would integrate with my existing EMR and practice managemetn [login to view URL] product would primarily send out x-12, 837I/P and parse 997,s and provide the ability to reupload the 837 immediatly if there are errors. This is phase one of the product and phase2(835 and accountin) and phase 3(270 and 271) will follow in another bid after this one is completed. The product needs to be developed using C# and [login to view URL] project needs to be started from scratch and writing the spec is also included, i will provide with existing database for the EMR and patient [login to view URL] let me know your quote and time frame for completing this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
