Paypal Auto Proccessing (IPN or other)

I am in the need of an automated system for processing paypal payments from our users (and e-bay auction sales [optional]), for most of you that often develop websites it will just involve a quick fix to existing source code here and there, though I do require product testing before final payment is received. ## Deliverables **Website System Requirements:** [Integration not required] Front End: [What the user sees] -Users chooses to purchase X Software (system should support multiple peices of software) -User is taken to paypal to proceed with payment -User is taken back to website showing payment completion details and notifying them that an e-mail is being dispatched confirming their registration details. Backend: [PayPal IPN System Backend work -Payment is confirmed against paypal servers. -Database entry into a 'registered user database'[to be created by developer (yes, that'd be you)]. Nothing fancy is required here just the standard stuff [ User_ID (P_KEY), First Name, Last Name, Telephone, E-Mail, Username, Password, Forgot Password Question, Forgot Password Answer, etc..] -Database History Of Payments, should be linked to the user database so that user can review payment history, but should store all important information from paypal regarding payment transaction and what they had purchased. [Database Design Upto Developer. [Payment viewing / user account overview is NOT required in this project just the database back-end and the auto entry of that information from paypal IPN system] -User is sent an e-mail dispatching an 'E-Invoice' in HTML [To be designed by developer] -A second e-mail is to be send dispatching Registration information. I do not require integration into my website source, that I can take care of on my own, I just need all the pages designed in a 'blank' form (eg. I don't wish to have deleivered a fancy pull from a past job with all sorts of un-relavent source/html to go through). All ASP **code must be documented** reasonably (I can code ASP so nothing two crazy, just mainly sectional comments). THIS SYSTEM MUST BE USING: MS-SQL DB ASP (no .Net) HTML **MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH [login to view URL] HOSTING MUST BE TESTED WITH DUMMY PAYMENT ON MY HOSTING** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS SQL ASP (no .Net) HTML Internet Explorer Mozzila/Firefox/etc
