Transportation Discounters Club

This is what my client wants: "Give the truckers the buying power that the extremely large national and international fleets give their owner/operators. I want to get them discounts on everything they use at work in their trucks and at home. The biggest expense is fuel, and that is the prime item for discount. Other products that I have arranged discounts for are clothing, tires, life and disability insurance, software for truckers programming, house mortgages, truck financing, etc., etc. I will arrange more discounts on a wide range of products, and this will be of great value to the truckers." I want my client to have the update the website from his computer. Basically, he wants to run it from home without the expense of a onsite programmer or web master. I'm thinking about CMS. Can it be done. I have a web designer who lacks the skill to do this, he just knows how to do the pretty graphics. All bids will be taken seriously. Thank you and good luck
