Website completion needed

Basically the pages are asp on the front and php on the backend. I need some programming done to finish up the portions of the site I have not completed. 1. Fix the advanced search page with indexing 2. Create the page to go out and extract the data and create a query, automatically run the query if possible. (Prefer asp but this can be done in PHP if necessary) 3. Take data files and extract data into a query to populate the DB, automatically run the query if possible. (Prefer asp but this can be done in PHP if necessary) 4. Create the page that will download the user template and populate the data. 5. COMMENT THE CODE SO IT CAN BE MAINTAINED AND CONFIGURED FOR NEW SITES IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!! 6. NEED THIS ASAP! Once I accept a bid I will provide the login information.
