Printer Application

Our company currently has a problem with duplicate print jobs. We operate an adult and child learning centre, and often people will double click on the print button or simply request more than 1 copy. The duplicated copies are then simply disgarded and alot of money is wasted. We need an application that can sit on the network (I would like the application to be designed using Visual C# or VB.NET) that will actively monitor a range of printers, and then remove a print job detected as a duplicate. We have a range of printers including: 1. A Windows Server 2003 print server which serves 3 printers 2. A standalone TCP/IP printer that is connected directly to the network 3. A print server, which allows us to use USB printers directly on the network without having a computer dedicated to them As well as the project itself, I need full source code access as i will need to perform custom development to meet the needs of our company. We do not have a vast amount of money as we are an educational establishment. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
