Website Streaming Video

This is for an adult gay website. This project is to build a flash based video chat using Red5. There are open source examples of these chats at: <[login to view URL]> This needs to be integrated into my php/mysql website: <[login to view URL]> See uploaded images for the first two forms you will complete. We are mostly a php website, so the forms should be created in php, except the part that shows the video will be flash. Here are the pieces: 1. Paying members can view 8 videos at the same time (they will need to open 8 [login to view URL] forms. If they open more, tell them to close another window first. 2. Members with a webcam will have TWO (admin should be able to change this) 'free codes'. they can give this to any FREE member. Then the free member can watch them. Once the freecode is used, it will expire. They will then have a new free code assigned (they can see it on bottom of [login to view URL]). BUT if they give this free code away, user from expired free code must be booted. - The free codes given by webcam users will only work for connecting to that one webcam, not on another users webcam. 3. Admin can give away free codes that will work with any user. These will have a time limit set by admin (like 10 minutes). These are also only good once, and will expire after the first use. The admin will need a screen to get more free codes from. 4. Each user can have multiple [login to view URL] windows (they can have multiple webcams). These must share the same freecodes. So if the user has 4 webcams, still they only have 2 freecodes to give to other users. 5. we need to keep records in mysql of the number of hours each person is showing / watching, and the date / time the session started. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Red5, PHP, Apache, Java, Flash You will recive help understanding our php files / mysql database as needed. We do not have any flash / java knowledge, so that you need to do on your own. The user management, and payment work is done. So is the online user list. You only need to add the video features to the website that is allready functioning. We have a development website, that you can expierement on.
