435423 Color-shift and newsletter fix (website)

I have problems with the color shifting on some pages of my website: [login to view URL] I think it may be a rendering issue. I have a very clear and precise monitor, so I can see the problems on these pages more than the others. There's a slight color shift line that is happening on these pages in particular (see attached). The pages are: [login to view URL] - in the orange and edge of blue box [login to view URL] - in the orange and edge of blue box [login to view URL] - in orange box [login to view URL] - in orange box [login to view URL] - in orange box The second problem is that the newsletter sign-ups (mail form) do not seem to go through to my mail, I don't think this feature is working, so this needs to be fixed. Please see attached for example. You should have a good command of HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL if you are to fix these problems. I need this done in 1 day.
