Magento Fix CRON JOBS, and Amazon and Skrill payment Bugs

If you are not a magento debugger, dont waste my time by bidding on this project. 1) It seems [login to view URL] is not working. Going too [login to view URL] wont result in cron being excuted. I have setup an email alert for this but it never hits. 2) I think due too no CRON (But not sure) Amazon payments and Skrill payments seem to stay as payment pending, Amazon payments using the creativestyle module. Skrill payments is included into magento as standard. 3) I appears perhaps Amazon Payment API for confirming payments and Skrill is not communicating. 4) Marking an Order recieved via amazon payments that states payment pending as shipped with tracking, results in the site timing out and the command not executed. 5) Overall Bug and other testing maybe required. On completion i should have a site with fully working CRON (I.E therefore newsletters etc should all work) Going to websitename,com/[login to view URL] will result in cron being run. Fully working Amazon API, SKRILL API and the Mark as shipped bug fixed. and any other minor bugs completely ironed out if any found, the sites runs great on front end currently.
