Access Database

Attached is a document outlining the layout of the mail form necessary for this project. This is an Access Database project using Access forms, tables, queries, reports, etc. Any field that has the type listed as "table" means that this should be a separate table and that another form should be accessible from a switchboard, or the likes, in order to modify this table. Proper tab order and flow is expected. There are two parts to this project. One is the form that you see here, the other is the last field, named "Status History". I have included a description in this field of its purpose. This could potentially be a subform or a datagrid, etc. Basically, I need quotes for each part separately. one is for the database, etc. The second quote is for the needs of this "Status History" area. The purpose of Status History is to log each and every change on this main form and what the field value was before the change as well as what the field value is after the change. This should not happen when the record is created, only when it is saved or updated after creation. Of course reports would be necessary to report by customer, status, date, etc. Reports would also be necessary for the second part of this project to report by user or by booking #, etc to see what has been changed. Let me know if there are any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Access 2000 and above on Windows desktop computers running Windows 2000+
