Cold Fusion Zip Code Interface (ZP4 by Semaphore Corp)

I would like a cold fusion page that interfaces with Semaphore Corps ZP4 product. We currently subscribe to their product and would like to integrate it to our data entry app via the website. They have numerous "com" and other examples, which I can provide to you so that you can get it working exclusively with Cold Fusion. I want you to use or otherwise use cold fusion only to interface with their address verification software. I can provide you the sample code, com objects, dll's etc and documentation which comes as part of our purchase of their product. They actually recommended rentacoder to me for trying to solve this issue. I have attached the main document which should explain what you need to know about ZP4. Also attached the directories which contain the .dll's and code. Please utilize the most efficient way possible. I know there are examples for both in proccess and out of process, whatever that means. Cold Fusion Version 7 (CFMX 7). I would like to be able to submit form fields: address, city, state, and have returned to me a standardized us postal service address from ZP4 including in seperate fields: address, city,state, zip and errors.
