I need someone to modify the existing VBulletin coding, or provide a plugin/product file for a VB 3.6.6 forum, which does the following two things. 1) Automates the creation of a "guild" forum (A category, with 2 sub forums, one public, one private), sets the name of said forum, adds any requested moderators, sets the proper permission for the private forum (If requested) and creates a usergroup for that guild's leader, so that leader can control who can, or can't access the Private areas. The guild leader would also need to be added to a secondary usergroup, which allows them to use the features listed below.. Additionally, I need a modifcation, or plugin, which would enable said guild leaders, to do the following Apon accessing the Moderator control panel, instead of JUST the basic options, they'd be given control of their forums So they'd be given the ability to add/remove a moderator, deny/allow access to a specific person (accessmasks), add additional forums (upto a max set in the admin panel?) and also to remove/rename them
