Facebook application

We need help building a Facebook app and will only consider coders who have already developed a Facebook app. Please include a link to your Facebook app in your bid. This Facebook app will send users a SMS message every day. We will provide all mobile functionality for the app, including generating and sending the SMS messages. We need a developer to: • Build the standard Facebook app functionality (directory listing, about page, news feeds, inviting friends, etc.) • Create & store user information in a MySQL 4.1 database, including storing Facebook User IDs, Cell phone numbers and Cell phone Carrier information • Create a batch processing system to initiate daily SMS messages that need to be sent. The FB app needs to pass a list of recipients to us through our REST API and we will then send all SMS messages. • Create a web-based admin interface that can be used to track user signups and manage app functionality. • Create an additional 4-5 Facebook pages: About page, App home page, Settings page, Invite page + maybe one other page. • The app needs to be coded using Cake PHP 1.2. The project will only be considered complete after it receives approval from Facebook and is listed as an official app in the Facebook app directory. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
