Help with PHP/MySQL + Cron job + mailer

I need some help to finish a PHP/MySQL based invoice system. We have done almost everything in the system. We have a login system, a client system (add, edit list clients) a product system (add, edit products), a way to add products to clients and a invoice creation script (it creates a PHP script). This is the list of features we need to add: 1. Correct some bugs on the add client page (there is a AJAX based system to add products to clients, this sytem is showing some wrong info) 2. There is a reports page, where the user can export a XLS report. This is working correctly, but we need to add more options to the report creation and maybe change a few fields on the generated reports. 3. Add a script to export the client and subscriptions info in XML. The format of this XML will be provided. 4. Add account number and invoice number on the invoices. 5. Create a script and set up a cron job that will email all the invoices for the clients every month. 6. Ensure the PDF creation is free of errors. All work will be done on the coder PC. I will not provide FTP. I will send you all the files and a sample DB dump. I need this done pretty quickly. Please bid for the work on the above items.
