Need BEST php programmer on rentacoder to make web-based copy of our best selling desktop software (used for keyword research)

I'll tell you upfront... This project is VERY big and requires an expert php programmer. This will be a longterm, permanent position as a php programmer for our company. You will be paid for the initial job posted here, and then you will be salaried and paid on the 21st of every month. Salary will range between $1500 and $2500 per month. Potentially more based on performance. We are moving all of our desktop software to web-based versions, thus need someone that can take a desktop application that we present to them and can create an online replica of the program. You will be required to design the overall layout/structure of the web-based application. You will not be required to design the actual "web design". We have web designers that will make it look "pretty", but you will be required to organized the features etc. in a user friendly way. Because this project is for ALOT of $$ and will be an ongoing permanent position with our company, you MUST provide previous work examples. You MUST be online via Yahoo messenger 8+ hours a day during normal business hours. I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All
