PHP Auto Registration Key

Need an automatic registry key system built in PHP for a commercial software product that is about to go live. It will need to integrate into our [login to view URL] account, so that after a successful payment the user is forward to our home site where a key is created, added to the database, and an email is sent to the user (welcome email) with they key or multiple keys and a short message. Integration into 2checkout ..must be able to send multiple keys for orders that have multiple quantities/licenses. So if the user pays for 3 licenses, they will get 3 unique keys. It would help if the email that the welcome email is sent to, is the same as the [login to view URL] one that they specify. If not then we can get the user to enter there email before they get taken to [login to view URL] checkout page. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR LIGHT SPECS. SECURITY is a main key to this reg system. Additionally once a key is registered it is locked (explained in the attachment) so that it may only ever be registered once to stop key sharing. Winning Bidder must be HIGH on communication and must be available on yahoo or MSN a lot during development and a bit after for support.
