Table Layout Conversion to CSS

Convert page layout from table-based layout to CSS, while preserving ALL current layout, formatting, etc., for the following page (i.e., not one site, just one HTML document): [login to view URL] Also, make the final code neat so it will be easy to modify in the future (the page will be used as a template for the website). The final HTML document must have FULL cross-browser support: IE, at least back to V 5.0; and the most recent versions of Mozilla; Firefox; Opera; Safari; Netscape. Yes, we get visitors using all those browsers. The page has a unique layout that has been quite successful in converting traffic into business, so we have no reason to modify the layout just to improve the code. I do not need a CSS for text formatting; have that already, as you can see. The goal is to cut down on the amount of source code for SEO purposes (yes, I know these on-the-page factors are of questionable importance, but many of my clients are web devs and I want to impress them), and make the code neater so I can edit it more easily. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
