Very Professional Designer Needed

Also, please only bid if you are an experienced designer, we need a top notch corporate look for this website. Our client is rebranding and changing his company name, logo, and image. The site is for a real estate company and it must focus on quality living. We have a new logo and new colors and a list of what needs to be included in the home page. We can give all the project details to the winning bidder(s). We can provide photos from a couple of different stock photo sources, or you can use your own. The site must appeal to men and women but especially toward women. We don't want to focus exclusively to women but we do want the site to be very appealing to women (family focused). For this bid, give me a quote of what it will take for one round of design. If we need to make changes, we'll pay more or make the changes ourselves. We prefer Illustrator files but would accept photoshop. Thanks for bidding. Mike ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Preferably Illustrator, Photoshop is ok. Illustrator should be saved down to 10 and Photoshop down to 7 please.
