Email Hosting Company expanding into web hosting and open source application hosting seeks partner. We are looking for a dedicated individual or team of people that are already doing web hosting and know this business well. We are setting upp a reseller hosting agreement with [login to view URL] and will resell web hosting pacgages to our current email hosting customers world wide. Two stages: First (this bid): Starting the venture by getting the website up and running and closing the first few sales. Second (separate agreement to be made later): Then we want to develop an ongoing agreement with you with a retainer from month to month for keeping the service up, answering some support questions etc. First stage: You will: First: Design our web hosting website from our drafts. 8-10 pages. Develop the products from our drafts and our corporate idendtity. You will need to do graphics, copy - develop the entire site. The site is a straightforward premium reseller account with [login to view URL] so you can go to their site to see what it is all about. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
