Small Flash / PHP / MySQL Website

We have a need to design and build a fairly simple website for a musician working in the UK record industry. The site will have less than 10 pages, some static and some dynamic which need to be editable by the client : 1. Studio (editable by client, simply a list of music equipment) 2. Mobile Unit (the same as above) 3. Biography (static) 4. Sponsours (static) 5. Discography (editable by client, list of downloadable mp3's) 6. Pre-Release (the same as above) 7. Gallery (editable by client, simple photo uploading) 8. The Live Show (static) 9. Contact (static) 10. Guestbook (client must be able to before allowing comment to be published) As a guidline the site will be similar to but not as big as the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] All of these sites contain similar content to what we need on the site but this site is not quite as big as the above list. The main requirement is for the site to have an "underground music scene" theme. All bidders please provide examples of past work in the form of URLs with their bids to help us choose who we decide to go with. We're fairly flexible on time scales and open to new and fresh ideas. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to be written in Flash / PHP / MySQL / HTML and compatible with the latest version of Flash
