website redesign. html/flash/script

hello and welcome to the bid... I am looking for a website redesign. currently the domain is ecommerce but now needs to be used for marketing. while our new domain will be used for catalog. I need an expert. My business is Ladies fashion. I need a designer to make a very simple but interesting homepage with html text, maybe some flash. (and a autoresponder, script, collector of emails.) only bid on this project if you have designed ladies fashion websites of clothing/accesspry websites before please. I need a design to catch the eye. maybe somthing like punkyfish dotcodotuk or similar. (no music needed) I can provide you some images, but will be looking to you for some image content. this maybe advertised elsewhere dependent on the response, so I reserve the right not to choose from RAC if there is no person relevent. thanks for reading and I look forward to working with you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
