Create a website similar to angel.co

I require a website developer to create an investor networking site like angel.co. Two types of users: businesses and investors. Businesses will be able to create a profile that gives information about their business (see example here: [login to view URL]). Investors on the website will be able to create profiles that display their skills, their experiences, what they're interested in (see example here: [login to view URL]). The website will allow investors to contact startup businesses and businesses to contact startups. They can view each others profiles and message each other, as well as follow each other to see 'activity' updates. Essentially, this is very similar to what [login to view URL] does, there will just be one twist. I need help creating this social network for investors, and getting it online. Thanks.
