Customize Classfied Website

I need a programmer who has a skill in editing templates to customized my classified script which is half way done [login to view URL] I have attached the sample layout to guide you in what i want the website to look likel. I need this done by today but no later then tomorrow. Im looking for a programmer that i can establish a good relationship so i can continue using your service.
