Design and Creation of Letterhead, business card, poster required

Hello I work for a Medical Centre in the UK. I am after a professionally designed set of stationary to include: 1) Letter head (a4) 2) Business Card 3) Poster (ajustable to any size) 4) Flyer (a5) 5) Practice leaflet? (a4 folded in half giving 4 sides) 6)? Design of locality maps ( i have enclosed 3 google maps (far, intermediate and close zoom of area), i have also enclosed and mockup GUID ONLY which i created to depict important landmarks - IT MUST NOT LOOK LIKE THIS AS IT IS POOR - USE ONLY AS A GUIDE I already have a logo designed which has been attached and avaiable in various formats depending on your preference. All content would be provided All items 1-6 MUST be PROFESSIONAL to look at and CLEAN in design. I would expect the coder to iterate / modify the designs until perfect. all files would be under my ownership and copyright. For your bid please give you most competitive price and examples of similar works done. Even better would be if? the? bidder? could maybe mock up some examples briefly with dummy content to help win the project!!! Please seen the attached logo and the 'old leaflet' that was made over 15 years ago and has been modified with time. The old leaflet loosk messy and there is too much text - it needs to be clean and simple to look at - so will need extensive modification. Alot of teh content will be removed. - we will use a A4 piece of paper and fold it in half so there will be 4 sides to the leaflet. Thanks Sumit
