Single Page HTML5 website - multiple sections.

Looking for an HTML5 website that is designed to look similar to [login to view URL] Redesign of [login to view URL] Images for background can be taken from Gallery Section and small images at bottom of Equipment section are High quality images. Content will be changed, but to start a layout use existing content. Pages can be split as follows: About Us Services - combine Safety in this section as well Equipment - Use background transition from Employment - There is 4 positions we offer on a regular basis. Under the work section of the supplied template there are images that load. I would like 4 blocks (Use blocks with words for now until I get some graphics designed that say the positions, when you click on it it will open the job posting with a link to download pdf. The postings should all have a placeholder for an image on the right hand side of the screen. Video section with room for two videos that fit in the window similar to the template "take a tour" Apply online - We are currently using an online submission process. This should continue the same way but I would like the visuals to match the HTML5 template design. There should be an image CAPTCHA to submit. Contact Us - Copy over the Contact Us portion so it combines the Get in Touch Section as well as lists our employees. There will be a few additions as well. The layout of the employees should leave an area for a small bio for each employee. The google map should indicate multiple office locations which I will list once job has been accepted.
