317726 Wedding Directory Project

Unsure of the way i want to go with this project... Looking for which way to go. I can either have the current site FIXED up. or REDO site from scratch. site is: www(dot)hawaii wedding space(dot)com --- take out the spaces. Looking to have a business directory with 3 business tiers.. Free listing, standard listing, premium listing. (i actually have a script that is almost complete that may be able to be used for this) this script is [login to view URL] But i always want wedding a user wedding member signup (people looking for wedding info) So 2 Membership Options.. 1) Vendor with paid/free directory listing options 2) Wedding User Paid vendors can leave leave deals and coupons. (like it is on current site) 3) wedding user accounts take into account what users are still looking for example: photographer, video, jewelry, etc. It's easier to see, then explain: [login to view URL] (remove X) The site currently kind of works but the code is reportedly horrible..
