Wordpress website theme (responsive and interactive) for web, mobile tablet. Programmer required

I have a website which I have designed. I'm not looking for any avg programmer - I'm looking for someone who knows how to build a responsive & interactive user friendly theme using the newer techniques (css3, html5/etc). So the website has a nice FLOW to it. See Synergy: [login to view URL] ( as an example. ) I would like to work with someone on this project. To bring my design to the web - properly and function just the right way. The above operates in a similar fashion to what i require that needs to be developed. This will be a wordpress website. Web, Mobile and Tablet ready. So the DESIGN is completed. A Programmer is required. A break down of the front page: 1. Slider - (with video, images, content) - multiple item slider 2. 3 Static images (featured section) hover over with a faded content box appearing- on click (taken to the content) 3. Menu - Hover over and the button highlights with an arrow Going back to synergy theme as an example. I would like a similar style of content being pulled out. On button hovers (it should also have a nice flow to them) The backend administration panel should have easy access to adding additional items to the slider and static images on the front page. Please submit resume and previous work you have done. I would like to see what you've have developed previously and PLEASE show me your best work. Keep in mind that If I like your work I will most likely rehire you as I have a couple of my own projects which are on going (require updates) and require someone with very talented/good skills. Once again - You would be working with me (the designer) directly to bring this to life so that it functions the right way I designed it. We may run into a problem or a function that might not work but we will figure out a solution. Communication will be very important in this project.
