Create an AdSense website that generates efective income

Hi to all, I have been previously involved with some projects regarding Adsense income and achieve relatively significant success although a few rocks were on the way here and there, so, this time I will take some precautions regarding to that: No playing around with new bees/programmers this time, only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered (your feedback is important obviously, never the less I will give a chance to others, although you will have to impress me). Adsense accounts are serious stuff, with serious projects taking a part and where accounts may be suspended in case of irresponsible work. Anyway it’s time to take a new step with a new project, so this is it: I am looking for an new Adsense profitable website to be developed that makes a $5 per day. Adsense oriented projects are thought to developer with success but away harder to maintain in time so you will create it and will then maintain it with continuous content feeds. It’s a fair trade as I expect to have my ROI in a few months so $5 should be the absolute minimum acceptable adsense income for this kind of budget. Website should be developed using Wordpress and all the SEO optimized content will be your responsibility (this is important). As usual in this kind of project, site MUST adhere to the following: - Just one language content: either English or Portuguese (niches at Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, East Timor and other coutries) language; - Original unique content with ++ 40 unique articles of 100 words (must pass copyscape and similar copyright checks for original content); - Must be SEO optimised - WordPress based only; - Usual directives, no niches unacceptable niches like or similar to adult, Pharma, violence, gambling and other ones as you well know if you have adsense experience. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% - IT niches would be cool but then again... though to get there; - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Design simple, content is the keyword - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Must Be Adsense optimized obviously - I will provide Adsense account; Notice your project timeline, it must consider that I will release 50% milestone on project public prompt and then create the remaining 50% milestoning AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account. Then, as usual the employer will hold the payment for 3 weeks so all will confirm it self naturally (no mumbo jumbo black hat tricks SEO/click strategy) and conditions have been met successfully. Also, as previous projects the bidder should consider the following points: - Language (portuguese or english) writing skills; - Describe me how you direct and increase traffic to the website, your strategy basically; - Define a timeline of possible results; - Show me previous works that you already created (successfully); Just write “COOL” in your bid for clean up bid trash based on bots and auto submissions post forms (does people actually gets to be contracted with this kind of approach anyway? Not here for sure, not a good start point). Again, all traffic and ad clicks must be 100% within Adsense TOS.
