Car Plate Recognition

The main objective of the project is to recognize a car plate number. Suppose a car comes to a stop in front of a car park. And a webcam takes a picture of the front side of the car where the plate is present. The plate number should automatically be captured and recognized. Then this should be transferred to a MySQL database with other related information about the car. And when needed, this information should be able to be retreived. It should be implemented as a desktop application. But it should work with a remote database. Other details are minor and simple. I wish to talk about the other details after the bidding. ## Deliverables I will give more specific information after the bid is complete since they are only minor details.
