Custom PHP Pages for Wordpress -Experts only please.

We need custom php pages for Wordpress. I have attached a detailed requirement document with mock ups. Please reply only if you are an expert in - Wordpress, PHP, Mysql, JavaScript, JQuery. IMPORTANT: Please note, as we mentioned in my document, these php pages are not supposed to be part of wordpress plugin or theme. You are welcome to use any available wordpress API/functions. We are doing this mainly because, the pages you are developing will have some more content added from a non-wordpress database from another developer. My site has few other modules (they are not wordpress related). My home page will have 2 sections. One section is built using wordpress (which you are working). Other section is built using some other php and database. That is the reason why we want these php pages out side wordpress theme/plugin. You can still put these pages in wordpress directory. Another reason why we want to use wordpress is because we want to make use of the existing features like Tags, posts etc. As I said in my documentation, you can use wordpress functions or API.
